SPRAY - 600 | High Temperature Anticorrosive Coating

It is a speciality high-temperature coating developed to resist heat at high temperatures and to withstand Corrosion, Humidity, and other hazards normally encountered in a chemical plant environment. SPRAY – 600 withstands temperature up to 600°C on a continuous basis (occasionally up to 700°C) and does not get burned or peeled of or tarnished.


Description

AREA OF APPLICATION

It can be applied on any surface, which is free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, moisture etc. For good adhesion, the surface should be sand blasted or phosphatised. Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, degreased and dry. (Use MOSIL SPRAY – 18 if necessary for cleaning and degreasing).  The contents should be stirred thoroughly well before use and to be applied in thin even coats. Normally two coats are sufficient and should be preferably cross coated.  More coats to be decided by the user depending on the severity of the application.
