SN - 8120 | Specialty Boundary Lubrication Grease

A Specialty synthetic hydrocarbon grease fortified with speciality EP additives apart from highly stable chemical additives like rust and corrosion inhibitor and anti-oxidants. It is highly inert and has an excellent fluidity at very low temperatures (up to -50°C) apart from excellent high temperature stability. Its specialty additives provide excellent protection in the boundary lubrication by absorbing high pressures and shock loads. It can thus be an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications including applications involving plastic and rubber components.

Description

AREA OF APPLICATION

Anti-friction Ball Bearings operating under heavy loads and low to medium speeds. Can be used for rotating contacts subjected to a sliding motion under heavy loads and vibration etc. Ideal for plastic parts involving sliding mechanism, plastic to metal lubrication etc.

BENEFITS

  • Excellent Load Carrying Capacity and protection from frottage corrosion
  • Operates effectively at extremes of temperatures
  • Excellent oxidation resistance resulting in a longer re-lubrication interval
  • Protects from rust & corrosion
